I asked for a fork, and she just walked around. The waitress were just standing around and didnt give us anything that we asked for. There were multiple dents in some of the balls. It wasnt closed an hour ago when we ordered the food. When asked for a manager we were told the kitchen was closed. Then me and another friend placed a order and waited over an hour and the food was still not out to us. The service was absolutely atrocious!! My friends ordered four orders of different flavored wings, they came back with the same flavor wings for all four dishes. Not as slow as others reported on here but still slow. Now, the bowling afterwards was fun but the service was slow. Our hostess was Gerlisa and she was sweet and cheery. ALL the kids has so much fun and was talking about it the next day. We bought the package with laser tag, laser maze, bumper cars and arcade games. Service was impeccable. This will likely become a routine visit for our family. Plenty of TVs for sports along with great music/videos playing above the pins. This place is brand-new, with automatic bumpers that pop up for the kids when its their turn, a reservable section with private servers/restrooms, an excellent bar area, restaurant, laser tag, and state-of-the-art arcade along with a neat laser maze. STAY AWAY IF YOU WANT TO BOWL!!įinally a great bowling alley in Atlanta. The staff gave their best effort but this is a bowlers nightmare. Long story short.if you like bowling in the dark, watered-down drinks, terrible music, and screaming children then this is your place. When I asked if we could get some lights on the lane to see the arrows I was told the lights are only turned on for leagues. THIS IS NOT A BOWLING ALLEY!! This is a "throw your ball into a dark abyss" location. Overall, it started off rocky, but that was mainly because of the disabled games and ended really well. However, there were about 3 people including Colleen and especially Kip that made this a really good time. The service that we did have was pretty good, but we had to wait for about 30 minutes for the prizes. The service was bad and the arcade was disabled, but after the games reopened and there was more staff, it was really good. My time at Stars and Strikes started off bad. As hard as we tried to be optimistic, after the bowling we called it a night and left the place. I dont know if they always have these many issues or if were just terribly unlucky. When they fixed it, they reset the game for half of us, throwing the scores out the window. But if were the only ones there, Im not understanding why theyd give us a lane known to malfunction. Again, understandable if there were other people. By the time she brought me my food, the entire group was done eating and I had to take it to go.īowling: they gave us two lanes, one of which is apparently known to stop. Not understanding how someone cant keep track of two tables. It would be understandable if the place was packed but we were the only group there. ![]() Offer available at all Stars and Strikes locations except for Myrtle Beach, SC.Arcade: One of the paddles at the air hockey game was missing, the skee ball had 8/9 balls, making it impossible to finish the game and the game reset by the time we found someone who could fix it and while playing the jurassic game, the game glitched and lost all our progress.įood: the waitress brought me my bill before she brought me my food.Kids Bowl Free makes it super-easy!Ĭheck out what real parents have to say about the Stars and Strikes Kids Bowl Free program!
